You can do that easy. You have a long time to make that goal. I'd suggest doing it the best way possible, safest way, with eating right and daily exercise. You don't need a crash diet or any fad diet. I've lost my weight slowly. It's been over 2 years. I never deprived myself of food, I just ate the right kinds of stuff. Whenever I was hungry between meals, I snacked on veggies and fruit. And I always make a point to eat breakfast, an important part of the day.
Eat lean meats, stay away from unnatural fats (like mayo for instance). Stick with good fats, nuts, eggs, olive oils, peanut butter. Drink lots of water...even diet soda can work to prevent/slow weight loss. Water cleans out the system and helps with weight loss. And stick with whole grains instead of white flour products.
