You're already motivated Jeniqua, else you wouldn't be here. Now you just need daily reminders of that motivation. For me, I threw out foods and replaced them with healthier stuff so I wasn't tempted. Won't hurt the rest of your family to eat healthy anyway.

I would also buy a new outfit a size smaller and hang it where I'd see it everyday until I could wear it, then do it all over again. Buy something expensive that you really like so you'll be really motivated to wear it and not waste the money spent. And I kept a few mags with pictures of firm tummied gals on the fronts to look at.
I still couldn't stick with the motivation to exercise daily, so I had to mix it up. I tried different exercise routines AND different times to exercise until I found a time that wasn't a burden so I'd have no reason not to stick with it, and an exercise I could do in less time that would burn a lot of cals. Walking doesn't get it for me, takes much longer to walk off as many cals as I can run off in half the time...so I run.
