College Student needs some support

  • I'm a 20 year old college student who has been struggling with weight for the past three years. I've tried every diet under the sun and I haven't had much success. I need to lose at least 40 lbs and I'm hopeing to do this by the end of January. I plan on setting mini goals for my self but I have trouble achieving them because I always give into temptation. I'm really looking for some support and motivation. I need to stay on track and lose the weight. I'm going to try the low carb diet and exercise regularly. If anyone wants to help me out i can use all the support and advice i could get.

    just thought i'd drop in and say hi! i am 20yrs old as well, and want to lose between 50 to 60lbs so i can get to goal. i have been struggling for 2 years, after a pregnancy loss and depression.

    i'd love to be one of the people there for ya. i am going to just try eating low fat (and counting cals) and just exercising.
