I just joined this community and I'm looking forward to meeting new people with similar goals.
I'm 32, female, married, mom of 3 (youngest is almost 8 weeks old).
I have started to go back to the gym in the last 2 weeks, and I have been trying to eat healthier (don't believe in diets, per se).

Congratulations on your new baby - what fun! You're already on a great track ready to work out and eat healthy. It will benefit your whole, busy house. I just wanted to wish you lots of luck. The gym seems like it will be the best place to get a little time to your self and exercise.
