Just start by introducing some changes into what you eat. Switch from sugars to natural sugars...that means more fruits. Change white flour products to whole grain products. Whole or soneground wheat breads, pasta, etc. Brown rice instead of white. Add more veggies to your plate and less of the other stuff. Eat more of the leaner meats like chicken and turkey, minus the skin. Eat smaller meals, but more often...like 5 or 6 times a day. Never skip a meal either.
