I am early 30's with two small children - was in great shape before I had them - not such great shape now ... Would like to lose 50lbs total - would love to lose 20 before Christmas - have successfully tried WW in the past and quite enjoy thier program - if you can relate I'd love to chat with you and support your cause! I need new low point foods to keep me challenged - or else I begin to feel as though I'm eating dog food .. not enough variety! LOL!
Hiya there are loads of ww forums here you'll probably find loads of buddies there if none show up here I have just started ww online for a trial week so I'm looking for low point food as well.
I've been doing WW since birth cause I swear I was born fat. I've lost and gained and well now I'm working on the loss section of life again I'd love to loose 20 by Christmas heck I'd love to loose 20 by next week for that matter I've got about 60 (give or take) to loose.
Would love to hook up and chat. What kinda low-point recipes are you looking for (meals, desserts, etc). I've just switched over to core but all the recipes really work for both.
