Hi! I'm Susan, and I am a 35 yo sahm of 4 kids (10,5,3 and 16 mo), and a military ( US Air Force) wife.


Currently, I am 217.4 pounds and have been as heavy as 239..and I wasn't pg at the time.

My goal wt is 155 (I am 5'5"). I use Nutribase software to set my daily caloric goals, and I exercise 5 days a week..(I do various things, walk, use the treadmill, WW Fast Track DVD, WW Get in Shape DVD, Richard Simmons Sweat and Tone, and WATP....I am trying to keep from getting bored!)

I made the choice to change 18 days ago @ 223.7 pounds. I'm keeping a "blog" too and when I get brave enough, I'll share..

I am also an online TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) member....

A blog is an online diary or journal. As in 'web log'.
