Hi everyone....I just joined and am very excited about finding this community. I've been on a weight loss journey and always enjoy meeting others on the same road. This site has so much info. I can see i'll be busy for awhile!!!!

Thanks for the welcome I've really been enjoying reading threads. I haven't posted anywhere but here yet. Just kind of trying to find a support group to fit into
