I guess in theory I'm new, although technically I'm back! I had tried this site for a short while back in the beginning of the year but then slacked off after losing internet access and becoming swamped with schoolwork....

Anyhow, I'm Amy and I'm trying this again! I've been fighting weight issues my whole life. I recently had started to come to grips with it, realizing things weren't as bad as they seemed. That is, until a week or so ago. After months of student teaching, followed by summer travels and whatever, I have gained. And gained. I'm a little bit concerned there may be a medical reason (I feel like I don't eat THAT much) but I also know that more than likely, I need to just get on the ball. I'm at the highest weight I've ever been, my clothes aren't fitting and its time for it to stop.

Hopefully I'll keep up with the site and use it for motivation. By the way, I'm 26 years old and a first year teacher! I'll browse the buddy boards but if anyone is interested in an email buddy, I'll gladly join up!

hello! i would love to be your buddy! im a little younger than you though. im 13. here...ill tell you about myself...well i started to diet in january. in january i weighed 132 pounds. and now that it is july i weigh 112 pounds. my goal is to be 110 pounds before school starts again. thankfully im almost there. but i would still like some modivation. well i hope to hear from you soon.
