Hello,
My name is Cheryl, I am a 24 year old SAHM of 2 boys, Nicholas 5 in a week and Jakob who is 2. I am 207 right now, and I would like to be 130 by Christmas. 130 was my weight before I had Nicholas. I have the Winsor Pilates DVDS at home, and they are great, but I tend to get discouraged alot..
Since last Wed, the 5th, I have lost 3.5 lbs, and I am soo happy about that.. I have cut so much out of my daily intake. I eat bagels for breakfast, salads for lunch and what ever the family eats for dinner. I have cut soda out unless we go out to eat, and then its just a coke, it used to be 2-4 Dr.Peppers a day, so that was hard.. I don't snack between meals, since all we have are cookies and other junk for the kids and the hubby.
I know I can lose it, but I think the support and encouragement of others trying to lose to would help me a lot along my way.
