My husband and I are struggling with our weight also. Keep your head up. DOn't be too hard on yourslef, none of us is perfect. Take things one meal at a time, and make small goals. Do it 10 pounds at a time and reward yourself with a new shirt or music when you reach that 10 pound goal, just don't reward with food. Then go for the next 10 pounds. and so on. ANd pray. Now GOd will not remove all the weight by performing a miracle, He can but won't because you will not learn anything, but pray for the grace to WANT to lose weight and then pray for the grace and courage to see it through to the end.
