Hi there.. i'm a newbie!!

I'm 18 years old and live in Scotland.. I feel a little embarassed being here, but, i figured it would do me good to actually read and talk to other people who are in the same situation as me.. gain some advise and hopefully it'll help me in the right direction.

I feel ashamed and down that i am even here, 18.. i'm young.. i should be a lot different than I am..

I'm 19 and live in England I think this forum is cool, stops me winging to housemates too much and puts me off my essays (hang on that's a bad thing...) I'm a student and I've been cutting calories although blew it today quite badly I've been eating less and exercising more now for 6.5 weeks and I've lost 11lb which I'm pretty chuffed with since I never stuck at weight loss for over 2 weeks before. I really want to lose another 10-17lb so I can get back into all my clothes from when I was 16-17. I'm free to chat often. He he.
