I hate the fact that I can be SOOOO FOCUSED during the week and then, BOOM....it's the weekend and I have no self control!! I did great all week long but friday evening (after work) all I could think about was a big fat greasy pizza! I even had a decent dinner (turkey sandwich on wheat bread, yogurt and a piece of fruit) Anyway, to make a long story short....by 8pm Friday evening....I ended up having a "late-er" dinner of pizza and wings.....that satisfied me for like 2 minutes and then I was all pissed off over it.....so I did very well on saturday....I went to the gym, ate better and I thought that I was back on track......but then SUNDAY HIT....and, right from breakfast....nothing satisfied me.....I had a yogert for breakfast....a piece of fruit and a half a turkey sandwich an hr later because I was still hungry....at noon I had a nice juillanne salad....I went to the gym at 2 because I figured that'd help me get rid of the "hungries"....but it didn't....and then pretty much the flood gates opened again, I had the left over wings in the fridge, 2 pop tarts and a BIG turkey sandwitch with all the good trimming like mayo, cheeze.....at 7pm (feeling like it just didn't matter what else I ate today, because I blew it soo bad) I made my wife and I a nice plate of past with meat sauce.....oh.....and I had soda for the first time Sunday (ok....that was GOOD!) but it's now monday morning and I feel as though ANY of the progress that I made last week went out the window on Friday and Sunday......ANYBODY ELSE GO THROUGH THIS STUFF???????????? I'm sitting hear truly wondering if I am going to go through another good week, just to kill it this weekend!!!! Any tips or tricks to making it through "down" times would be great.....also, (and I highly doubt this one...lol) any one have a good replacement for that urge for greasy foods?????????

Actually, it just hit me.....I am going to make an ACTIVE effort to be more active this weekend....I don't know what I am going to do YET as the idea just came to me....but I am going to do SOMETHING....I was just going over in my head what my weekend activities were this past weekend....and it consisted of watching NASCAR on Sunday (a nice 4 hr pd on the couch) and sleeping in till 11am on Sat and then sat my A$$ on the couch pretty much all day! I think it's time for that to change!!!!!!!!!
