Hullo! I am a 19 year old college student and want to lose about 35 pounds. I had a striking revelation the other day...I can't do it by myself! So this is what I figured out. I need someone (just one person is fine) to keep in contact with so we can challenge each other to stay on track and get a little exercise in each day! I'm trying to stay on the South Beach Diet, which would be fine...except I have a MAJOR SWEET TOOTH and absolutely cannot stay away from ice cream. So if I had someone that would be willing to "compete" with me I think it would really motivate me. Any of course there would be a little reward in store...a new wardrobe maybe?
