I am a newbie here. I am 26 years old and wanting to get back into shape! Growing up I played all kinds of sports, but now that I am married and working full-time I don't have much time for the fun stuff.
I use my computer to keep up with my long-distant relatives so I check my
e-mail most everyday. I was wondering if there was anyone out there who would like an "e-mail buddy". I need to lose about 40 pounds, but I am not good at motivating myself.
