Hi everybody! I'm a 36yr old mom of 2 girls..weighed in at the Dr. last week at 243...The good news is I didn't gain any weight last year Been on a low carb diet for the last week and did manage to drop about 4 lbs. Am looking to be a support buddy for anybody, as long as you promise to be mine!! I've been heavy just about all my life..save for probably 3 yrs in High School thanks to the infamous Cabbage soup diet ( What was I thinking?!)
Would love to hear lots of low carb tips, as I"m getting REAL tired of eggs in the morning. Also want to hear your favorite salad recipes!

I'll be your buddy. I'm just starting here too and am pretty much starting a plan today through Father's Day to lose 35-40 lbs. Here is the link I started in case you would like to post. I'm following a combination of low carbs PLUS WW points. I really need to DO this!
