Hi everybody! I'm a 36yr old mom of 2 girls..weighed in at the Dr. last week at 243...The good news is I didn't gain any weight last year
Been on a low carb diet for the last week and did manage to drop about 4 lbs. Am looking to be a support buddy for anybody, as long as you promise to be mine!! I've been heavy just about all my life..save for probably 3 yrs in High School thanks to the infamous Cabbage soup diet ( What was I thinking?!)
Would love to hear lots of low carb tips, as I"m getting REAL tired of eggs in the morning. Also want to hear your favorite salad recipes!
