Hi Erin, okay I'm not the age group you're looking for, but I thought that I'd stop in and say hi. Exercising and eating healthy is a good way to lose weight, and you seem to know that already (according to your signature). Learning to be active at a young age is a good way to be active through out your life, so you're doing great with that! Make sure that the goal you have set for yourself is appropriate for your height. Being a teen, you're still growing and need to eat well to do so. No need to stunt your growth,

I'm 26 and still waiting for my growth spurt! Don't be discouraged if you don't lose the 2 pounds you hope to every week, but slowly but surely you can do this, and you will!
