Hi everyone!!

Hello everyone.
Just wanted to say Hi, I'm new here and as everyone else trying to loss some wieght. :^: I don't wanna loss alot, just 10lbs or so. I've been working out at the gym 5 days a week, for the past month. And doing good so far.
I just thought it would be nice to have a support group, to help me along when I hit a bump :D .
I've lost about 10-15% of my body fat in the past month, which I think is good. I know that muscle weight more then fat, so I'm not really worried about the wieght.
Not doing any wacky diets just trying to eat healthy, some days easier then others, but that's normal.
My biggests temptation is chocolate. I'm a choco-holic
I've been clean for about 5 hours now  . Ok I try.
I guess that's all folks. Thanx for listening. :D

(((hugs))) Lia

 Welcome

The last 10lbs. are the hardest to lose. You're on the right track. Working out is the best thing you can do. As you know, muscle weighs more than fat but it takes up less room! :D The best of luck to you. This board is wonderful so keep coming back.
We're all here for eachother.

Thanx Dina for answering. :)
I just wanna get hard for the summer. DO more sculpting then anything else. I'll get there, I hope. :D
It's nice to talk to people that understand totally what your going through. And if you haven't been through it you have NO idea what's it's like.
I'm one of those peeps that eats when I'm stressed out, and usually junk. I've been doing alot better, but have been alot worse. My X had NO IDEA what's it like, he would just say "stop eating", ohhh sure, if I could I would. :dizzy: Door knob man!! Anyhoo, like I said I'm doing better now. Hopefully on the right track.
I'll keep ya posted on my results. Is it ok to do that here, or is there another part of the board for that??
Thanx

(((hugs))) Lia :moo:

You can post your results here but I would suggest posting them in the Success thread.
