Hi! I'm new here. I thought I should try something new in this weight loss journey. I haven't had much success so far, but I don't have a lot of support. So I'm here hoping to find that.
At my heaviest, I was 331 lbs. I was down to 285 a couple years ago but have gone back up to 318.
I have recently had some health issues and have had a lot of tests and appointments. Having to tell people my weight at each appointment has been embarrassing. Also knowing that my weight is likely what's caused a lot of my issues. So I have decided to start the journey again.
So far I am down 9 lbs. It's been a week. So I feel like I've started off strong.
