Default Hi, I'm new!
Hello everyone,
I have stopped drinking alcohol last week and am back to tracking my calories in an app, feeling good to be back at it!
I'm Canadian, vegan, and awesome at darts, haha. 😁

HW was 402+
LW (2019) 185
CW 295
GW 230 for now ☺
