Hi everyone! I've been lurking around this forum off and on for a few years, but never signed up. Moved from Canada to the UK 3 years ago to marry my Scottish sweetheart and let's just say the British diet has not been kind to my waistline!
Not to mention becoming a total couch potato during the pandemic! I've just signed up with WW (again) and really hoping to stick with it this time, and finally get things under control. hoping being part of a community like this will give me the inspiration and encouragement i so desperately need!
