Help
Hi, I am trying so hard to drop my waist size. I am looking for a group that can help me because I truly have tried so hard for so long and can't figure this out. I heard this new term of crowd sourcing and thought I would try to see if anyone else out there has had the same issues as me and figured this out already. When I'm at home and in control of my food intake, I am slowly losing inches and my stomach goes down. But it is so much effort and it seems like months of work, then I will go on vacation for 4 or 5 days with family, and all the months of work is lost in those 4 or 5 days. This is definitely not fat. Fat can't come on that fast or go down that fast. It has to be some kind of inflamation or other issue. All of my fat is around my bell. I can barely pinch any fat from my legs.
When I'm at home I eat 1550 calories, Macros are Carbs: 15%, Fat 55%, Protein: 30%, I eat organic whenever I can. I even go so far as to weigh my food to make sure i hit the macros correctly. I very occassionally eat some ice cream, have a drink, or eat out with friends. When I do, the calorie count is usually around 2000 cal so I should not be going the opposite direction, I shoudl only be neutral at that point. Does anyone else have this issue? Do you have tricks? Found out what causes your issues? Found things that help keep the belly flat? So much effort, with very heavy swings of my bell and I'm tired of fighting an unknown villian. Please help
