New member!
Hi everyone! My name is Christina and I am new to this support community. I've struggled with weight my whole life but lately I've been struggling very badly. I am a first year graduate student and weigh wayyyy more than I or my doctors would like. Recent bloodwork showed that I am in the diabetic range so I think I'm starting metformin next week since I have to go to the doctor for a physical for school. I want to make a major lifestyle change but I struggle with feeling like I'm the only one in the weight loss boat. That's why I decided to join this community. If anyone has advice, support, or recipes for (simple because I'm awful at cooking) healthy meals, send it all my way!
