Hello & I'm New
Hi Everyone. I am new. I am starting a new weight loss journey. I have ignored my health and myself for way to long. I weigh 257 pounds and need to get this weight off. I need to lose 100 pounds total, but I am planning on working on it in 10 pound increments otherwise I just get overwhelmed and discouraged. Glad to have found a supportive online community and hoping to learn from others and share my struggles and get and give encouragement. I need accountability and the people in my life tend to either sabotage my efforts or can't relate to my struggle or health issues. My new diet plan starts tomorrow as well as my new exercise plan.
