New and searching for Rosedale diet info
Hello, I am here as part of my research to becoming a Holistic health coach and also to learn any news in the world of healthy eating. It has been a while since I participated in any forums and since my course requires the research, here I am!
I have been following the Rosedale Diet quite loosely since 2003. I have lived it pretty much and I support it 100 percent.
In my world, no one knows about it and so ... can anyone here shed some light on their experience with the Rosedale diet? Good or bad, your response will be anonymous unless you want it put out there.
If anyone can give some feedback on what they know about the Rosedale diet, I would really appreciate knowing about it.
