hello!!! i joined today and am still figuring how to work this stuff out lol
ive been in the damn trenches for the past 2 years with regards to my weight. i lost ≈60lbs in 2022 by sticking to a strict diet but i ended up being thrown into the binge/restrict cycle which caused me to maintain 15-20lbs heavier than my LW for about a year. since october of 2023 i was hit with the WORST mental health sitch ever and resorted to food for comfort. im now back at my HW and feel worse about myself than i ever have.
i joined bc i figure being surrounded by people with similar goals to mind will push me to REALLY work hard to achieve mine!
to get started with my accountability, ill say that my eating has been PURE CACA for the past week-ish, including today, but on the bright side i got 30mins of exercise and it put me in a better mood (cardio is my absolute fave as someone who’s naturally hyperactive lol)
