HONEY LIME QUINOA FRUIT SALAD

Quinoa, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and mango combine in this incredible salad. The fresh fruit and quinoa are glazed with a honey lime dressing and it will be a hit wherever it goes!

Ingredients

▢1 cup quinoa uncooked, (I used tricolor)
▢1 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
▢1 cup blackberries
▢1 cup blueberries
▢1 mango diced
Honey Lime Glaze:
▢1/4 cup honey
▢2 tablespoons lime juice
▢1 tablespoon basil chopped for garnish

Instructions

Rinse and prepare the quinoa according to package. Let quinoa cool to room temperature.
In a large bowl, combine quinoa, strawberries, blueberries, and mango.
To make the glaze:
In a small bowl combine the honey and lime juice. Drizzle over the fruit salad and toss to coat. Garnish with fresh basil.

It sounds interesting and delicious, I'll definitely give it a try, thanks!
However, I'd like to add my two cents about basil. The precision plays a big role here, at least for me. Basil is packed with flavor, and from my own experience, I can say that too much or too little of it can dramatically alter your culinary outcome. So, I learned how to measure basil to add the needed amount.
Am I the only one who bothers too much with basil weighing?
