Hi. I'm new here. I have a lot of weight to lose and I'm quite discouraged. I've lost a little, but I keep losing control of my eating in the afternoon.
I just joined this site. I have 200 pounds to lose. I've lost 4. I have to do it ( health issues). But, I don't feel discouraged, even though I've only lost 4 pounds so far. 10 years ago I lost 100 pounds on Seattle Sutton, but it didn't teach me how to eat, only deprive.
I gained it all back plus 100 more.
