Hello everyone,
I am joining this community because I could use some help with my weight loss journey. I am a stress eater and I always eat for comfort. I recently lost my mother and had a crazy year so I have gained all the weight I lost the previous years.
I used to do a lot of calorie counting and focus on constant exercise. I didn’t find that a sustainable way forward for myself so I figured I would try to focus on positive eating and conscious exercise. I am hoping everyone here can help me move forward and help me in my hardest moments as well as letting me help them and assist where I can.
