Need Inspiration
Hi all,
I’m new here and currently on my 2nd day of the weight management program through Kaiser which is a 30 week program. The first 15 weeks are 960 calories a day with only eating Optifast shakes, bars and soups and nothing else. On the plus side I haven’t felt hungry at all. Also, it’s nice not to have to meal prep or count calories or portion everything. However, it’s only the 2nd day and I’m already wondering how I’m going to live off of only this food for months. It doesn’t taste terrible but it doesn’t taste great either. I’m hoping that once I start seeing results that I’ll feel more motivated. Has anyone done this or something similar? How did it work for you? Were you miserable? |
