Hi all,
I have been a member here for a bit... got some great advice last spring about how to conceal myself in a bathing suit while in Hawaii. BUT, have lost no weight and I am now realizing I have to really put myself into this, participate in forums, get all the support I can find in the "cyber" world because I have little outside of it (the hubby needs to lose weight too, but very resistant to change, so I am hoping to inspire him!).
So, I am back. I have to lose about 100 pounds, although my lowest adult weight is about 180 (so that would be about 80 pounds). But I'm shooting for the 100, and I will take that in increments of 25. So right now, it's 25 pounds that is my goal.
This isn't a New Year's resolution, LOL, but rather the New Year coincides with my new determination...
