Hi Everyone!!
I am just starting my weight loss journey and to be honest I waited far too long hopefully I can undo some of the damage I have done to my joints and back. It was recommended I join a support group to keep me going on the days I feel like giving up. I hope I can count on you all to help.

Welcome. It is never too late to improve things. I am down 50 and have 2 bad knees and they feel much better since I have been losing. I have even been walking a couple miles a day and they are far less painful than before. If you are looking to improve the inflammation you may want to stick to unprocessed whole foods. It made a big difference in my aches and pains. :)
