Hey everyone! I first logged onto this site in 2010, and in 6 mths without purchasing IP product, but following the chart and using the 'allowed proteins' on the list, lost 60 lbs!! I was never happier........ I kept that off for over 2 years.......... then you get lazy ( speaking for myself ONLY) and all but 5 lbs came back on............ slowly but surely
Now 10 yrs later, even though I am heavier, I have gained the strength and ditched my partner of 22 yrs and thus freeing myself from an emotionally abusive relationship. Yay me hahahha, that was summer 2018.
Now, with an AMAZING tender, patient and SANE man in my life who has helped me heal and find myself again, I am ready to tackle this last hurdle.
I initially tried keto starting on Jan 13 and dropped 6.5 in a month, BUT I have a problem trying to accept the HIGH fat way of eating......... so really? The only change I need to make now, is dropping dairy as I am already into ketosis.
I'm excited to be back on this forum, and make use of all the information that is here.
!! question: remind me, is there calorie counting? or only watch for 20 carbs and under ?
