Hi Taff.
I have been trying to eat more plant based and I have found chickpeas are such a great substitute for meat. What i do is, I get my can of chickpeas and i drain and rinse them and then i put a little olive oil spray on them and put them in the oven to bake. I put vegetables in to bake with them and have brown rice boiling while they cook and it's a super healthy meal i have quite regularly right now. The first time i tried chicpeas, I hated them but i gave them a second chance and I love them now. I eat them All The Time!!
