Hi Everyone,

My name is Angela, I'm 43, and I am living with 2 autoimmune diseases. I am here hoping for support and new ideas on how I can get this weight off. Medications I have been on have basically turned my body into something I have become to hate. I don't like admitting that but it's true and instead of me whining about it and complaining I want to do something about it. I have pretty much tried almost every weight loss diet, plan, eating habit, fad, etc. out there but I am convinced I just haven't found what is right for me yet.
I have decided that I am basically just going to eat right and exercise. Along with meal planning and drinking mainly water during the day. I do not plan on neglecting myself of anything but instead learn how to control myself.

and looking for a supportive group online to go through this with. I lost about 60lbs 5 years ago and kept them off until a gradual increase over last year and starting over again with about 40 lbs to lose. Anyone interested in getting a regular group going?
