Back at it AGAIN-for the last time
Hey ya'll!
My name is RedDay.
I was a member of three fat chicks before when I lost a significant amount of weight. This site was inspiring and helpful to me for keeping myself motivated.
I started at 323 pounds and was down to 230 for quite some time. I was happy-ish at 230.
However, recently i have let all my old habits take over again. We found out my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in March and moved her in with myself, my boyfriend and our 3 kids. HOLY STRESSFUL! I also quite smoking. HOLY EXTRA STRESSFUL!
Unfortunately, I let my old habits (eating my feelings, comforting with food, and being sedentary) take over my life and have found myself at 260 pounds and hating what I look like again.
I am restarting!
I am going to make it!
I am going to keep it when I get there!
When I lost weight before I used a medically supervised weight loss plan that focused on high protein food replacements and eating non-starchy vegetable.
I can't afford to do the whole program again (3 kids and a mom to support) so I ordered the same food products online and am going to recreate the program on my own.
However, I struggle with staying accountable and sticking to it...which is what lead me here.
I'm hoping for some support from people who are and have been in the same boat as i am.
