I finally decided to reach out for support and motivation, this forum seems full of it and I hope I can contribute too

I'm slowly making small little progresses and my biggest enemy is discipline, which I am not!
I always postpone my diet, the exceptional junk food or high in carbs and fat is now the norm. I started at 155, got to 140, then my weight broke and I couldn't weight myself. What we dont know doesn't harm right? I fixed it and as I weighted myself this morning, I am now 147 lb. A little step back, still under 150 (its mentally better for me), so I have to get back on track, and here I am, trying something completely new, joining a weight loss forum.
I hope your success stories but also your struggles and tips and tricks will help me stay motivated with a realistic point of view!
