Hi everyone! So glad to have found this community.
I`m reading this site for a few months and finally decided to join.
My short bio: Part-time student, stay-at-home mom with 2 children. I really love and know how to cook tasty and different meals, also love some beer or a few glasses a vine.
I`m 170cm, started when my weight reached 95 kg, now I`m 82. Want my old-56kg- weight back.
For the moment, I am giving up bread/flour and all things sugar -( except that one teaspoon in my coffee-not ready for that sacrifice yet)
