Hello Again
Hello 3FCers! I'm a returning member. Back a few years ago 3FC was very influential in my weight loss, and I lost 65lbs over about 2 years. Stuff happened, I got super depressed and I gained it all back. I've been bouncing around for a couple years now making a little progress here and there but always gaining it back (and a little something). Hit my highest weight ever this week (fortunately down almost two pounds since), I HAVE to get things together and focus on my health before I really do cause irreparable damage.
Current weight as of yesterday morning was 251.8. Starting goal is 175. I'm 5'6" and I know that sounds pretty heavy, but I'm rather muscular, and as I lose weight I want to get back into power-lifting, so I expect to be heavier than the "norm" goal weight.
Having difficulties with Asthma because of my weight, so easing into this. Current plan for the next 5 weeks is 20 minutes of elliptical, 40 minutes of yoga and 10k steps daily. Diet set at 1650 daily with an allowed weekly 250 treat to add on. No particular restrictions although I try to stick to a balanced diet of mostly unprocessed food. I'm in the middle of some rather large projects at the moment (remodeling a house from the studs up for myself, plus currently flipping 2 rentals) so I do give myself the leeway to skip the elliptical if I spend the day working on a house, although no skipping yoga!
