Default New here

I am 41 married and a Mom of 3 and working as a teacher. I am off for 5 weeks now and want to use my time off to create some healthy habits for me and my family
I am Swiss and love cheese and chocolate - also I have suffered from a bit of a depression overvthe past few years. Food was my way of keeping me going when otherwise I just felt tired.

Have you got a plan in mind. I know the Low Carb/Keto path is one you can keep your cheese and chocolate with.
