Hey guys!! Just wanted to say I’m new and on my third day in my weight loss journey. I’m 22. And 145 pounds. I’m 5’2. I’ve tried dieting many times before and always fail. However, I’m guaranteed to succeed this time around
Goal is to be 115-110. So getting rid of these unwanted 30 pounds
