Hello everyone!!! Great to be back to this forum after almost four months!! I was away on vacation and then had visitors on and off so didn't get the time to post.
But now I have a good reason to! Before my break my weight was 147lbs but I felt like I was thinner- just looking at myself in the mirror. I was doing weight training consistently and also taking competitive rowing classes.
I had a little break in between from exercise. I stopped rowing classes too, which I miss so badly. And I may have on several occasions indulged in my favourite foods that aren't too healthy, loaded with sugar and carbs.
But back from my vacation, I see that my weight is now down to 143-144lbs. However, I can feel my thighs being a little bulkier. The other way I could look at this is perhaps my upper body is now smaller than what it used to be compared to my lower body.
Can this be psychological? Could I have lost all my muscle and started gaining fat again? I feel like my stamina is still okayish when I hit the gym. But there's no way of knowing because I don't know my before/after inches measurements
