I am on a weight loss journey and I found this place quite by accident but it seems like a nice supportive community!
My highest weight was 400 pounds. As of today I am 295. My goal weight is 200 pounds. I wouldn't mind losing more but 200 is a comfortable weight for me.
I have been eating two meals a day, I eat cereal with milk upon waking and then I have dinner. I am walking for exercise. Sometimes I walk outside but more often than that I do Walk Away The Pounds. I try to walk every single day.
