I'm happy to introduce myself. I'm Hanna from Canada, I'm 30 years old and my weight was 242,6 lbs this morning.
My first goal is to be below 200.
My ultimate goal is to be 170 lbs.
I have always had problems with my weight.
At 14 years old, I was 200 lbs, being pick on for it.
I went on a diet and gym for 3 months, lost 20 pounds!
When I was 18, I did a lot of drugs. I was 140 pounds. Very skinny for my height. I was not healthy at all.
Life went on and I gained a lot...
3 years ago, I was 170lbs. It was a good spot for me.
One year ago, I had an horrible break-up, and since then, the weight just kept adding on.
Here I am today... 242
I was never happy with how I looked and I find myself stupid for it. I should have been happy then but no...
Anyways. I want to lose weight. I'm counting my calories. I don't enjoy going to the gym. It is a long term process.
