    I found this website on google and read few success stories and I want to be part of this community.

    I'm very big guy who started a diet on the 26th of December 2016 ( yes I need to have a treat on Xmas sorry ). I was around 375 pounds and I had so many issues. Now fast forward 7 months, I'm 308. I feel so much better, but I'm still very far from my goal 200 pounds !

    I'm 40 and I work in IT in Spain and spend the spare time in gym ( 4 or 5 times a week ), walking ( 5 times a week ), reading and hanging out with friends ( restaurants pretty often ).

    During my diet, I learned big time that you cannot do this alone. You need support. I have incredible support from friends and family. But I think being part of a community where people are going through the same thing would be huge plus for me. So here I am.

    Happy to be onboard and I wish everybody to reach their goal
  • Hello and welcome! Someday I'd like to go and see Spain. I have read that people walk a lot more in Europe in general and Spain in particular. It sounds a lot healthier than where I live, where people pretty much drive everywhere.

    Location CLEARLY makes a difference, no question about it. It's definitely easier to walk when you have warm weather and alongside the beach on an alley reserved to walkers, joggers and cyclists. Not sure I would have walk that much In another environment.

    I've been in many countries but there is something about Spain...
