Hey there! Do you have anything going on in life that is really important to you? For me, I've found that trying to motivate myself for me doesn't work but finding other motivators really does seem to stick. Mine are spiritual and relate to me believing that my body is a gift and I want to treat it the very best I know how to in order to show gratitude for that gift. I also want to have children having already experienced wellness and having made good habits to pass on to them.
Maybe even something like "I want to go on a road trip for my birthday and if I lose ____ pounds by then I will be able to go"
