Hi I'm Emma
I've recently decided to change my lifestyle and lose weight after gaining around 100 pounds. Moving to a new country and not knowing many people, Endometriosis, Depression and a broken ankle all contributed to my current status but in the last month i have been getting my *** out there and biking and hiking and camping and most importantly walking my puppy every day. It's been hard and i dramatically thought i was going to die several times But I'm 13 pounds down towards my first goal of 200 pounds and I'm starting to think "wait a minute, maybe i can really do this." So I'm reaching out to say Hi
and maybe try a new support system. I have been going through this forum and its full of inspirational people and story's which really seems to be helping me right now. So thank you!
