Default New here

Hey there!

Brief summary, getting my ADHD under control led to a dramatic decrease in impulse eating, which led to some weight loss. When I realized that my clothes were getting looser because I was shrinking and not a washing error, I celebrated....and got serious about it. So far 60 lbs since Christmas!

Congratulations! Its surprising how much mental health can affect your weight. I also experienced some healthier tendencies once I got my anxiety under control. It feels so freeing. Welcome!
