I am!!!!
You're doing great! Congrats!
I just got back from my meeting. I've lost 39 since March 8, and I'm very happy about that. I'm not sure how much more I have to go, my goal weight is kind of ambitious. Right now, I'm just focused on getting into the 240s, where I haven't been since 2006.
We are pretty simple as far as recipes because I don't cook something for myself and then something else for my family, we all eat the same things. That means sometimes I skip some sides because they are not worth the points to me, but for the most part there's not a lot of difference. We eat a LOT of baked fish.
One thing I make for myself that my family does not like - pumpkin brownies. There are a lot of different versions going around connect, but I like the most basic one - one box of sugar free brownie mix with one can of pumpkin puree, baked in an 8 x 8 baking dish according to package directions, 8 servings for 4 points each. When they cool, I don't taste the pumpkin at all, just fudgy brownie. For the most part, I try to avoid "diet" products and pre packaged foods, but I was having a hard time finding something that was chocolaty enough to qualify as a really GOOD chocolate fix. Two squares of a chocolate bar just wasn't going to cut it.
