No real plan, I'm going to go back to the beginning with the Southbeach diet and exercise. I've started biking with my daughter. I want to make small changes so they still and I won't get burned out. In the past I've always gotten frustrated because I wasn't seeing the results fast enough. I'm trying to change my mindset to slow and steady wins the race. I'm not very patient with my self so it's been difficult.
